We have a fully furnished farm house for rent suitable for three people (beds suitable for couples).

There is a horse paddock which can also be leased. Great riding along the creek and surrounding areas.

The property is on the Tarcutta Creek at Borambola and 35 minutes drive to CSU.

The house is on an operating farm so there will be farm activities happening at times.

The house is comfortable and centrally heated and cooled.

We are OK with one pet, but it must be kept controlled and preferably kept outside.

Potential tenants must be prepared to contribute time to maintenance including mowing, keeping the house clean and tidy.

We will require evidence of good tenancy history

Prefer veterinary, animal science or agriculture students.
