One bedroom in a family home: bedroom is right next to the bathroom and separate toilet. Tenant will have own lounge room and access to all facilities such as kitchen, barbecue, small pool, laundry (washer & dryer) internet. All bills included. Current space for single mum and teenage son, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Two friendly dogs and one cat live here, plus chickens and ducks in the yard. House is near bushland on a 1/2 acre. Comfortably heated and cooled. We are looking for a housemate who is happy to help out with some basic tidying. The room currently has two single beds, a built in robe and bedside table.
