1-bedroom share house, Talbingo Place

The room is set up like a motel,:-- kettle, toaster, microwave, tv, dvd, fridge, dining/study table and chairs. Private shower, vanity and toilet, exclusively for your use.
I would provide towels, sheets, pillowcases, doona and cotton blanket.

It is totally separate from our house,and we respect your privacy and do not enter the area ( except for periodical inspections)

There are no cooking facilities in the rooms and no washing machine. We are happy to make arrangements for the use of our kitchen and I would wash the sheets and towels weekly, other washing can be discussed.

Renter would get their own key for access and a private courtyard to use.

We are relaxed easygoing people, happy to consider any additional requests from student/staff.

I have a cat she is really friendly and loves people.

The location is very peaceful, yet close to town, beaches and all services.
