ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT townhouse overlooking the Hastings River, within walking distance of Settlement City featuring unbeatable views, high quality furnishings, just about every kitchen appliance you can think of, and arguably the quietest neighbourhood in Port Macquarie. It also has security key access and your own key for your bedroom.

Female owner (and mum of two young adults) is away frequently. Current tenants are a couple in their early 20s, and he also works away a lot!

The bedroom features a king single bed (with a pull-out trundle if needed), luxury bed linen with brand new high loft quilt, a sofa and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has an oversized bath and separate shower, and is all yours to use most of the time (owner uses when home).

Cost of $200pw (single person rate) includes pantry and fridge items, cleaning supplies, a professional cleaner each fortnight, internet, electricity and water bills (although an excess may apply if usage is unreasonable). The property is a 'boarding' house, and isn't restricted by Residential Rental lease agreements - it's a week to week arrangement which can go for as long as everyone is happy 🙂
