Mother and daughter live in the house plus one other student. We would like a student to share our house that is respectful and enjoys being part of a household but their privacy and space is also respected. We would like a student who is friendly and honest.
The room available is upstairs and is fully furnished, including a double bed, bedside cabinet and lamp, desk and chair, single bookcase and ceiling fan.
You will share a bathroom downstairs with another student and the house is spacious with lovely outdoor areas to use. Use of laundry room including washing machine and washing line.
Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.
On road parking with occasional off road parking by arrangement.
