Co-gender share house in a quiet area; open lounge & dining area, large kitchen with second lounge/entertaining, shared 3-way bathroom, double garage (currently used for storage) with third bathroom and access to large backyard.

**Rent between 3 people will be $135/week.

Both rooms exceed 3x3m, have previously held double bed + desk & bookcase, will be unfurnished, contain decent built-in wardrobes with hanging space and shelves, and two double power points. One room (pictured) gets morning sun, while the other gets afternoon sun and has a tv bracket on the wall.

We are pair of introverts who enjoy Netflix, Marvel and DC, music and random bouts of singing & games of all mediums.

Expectations of incoming housemates are pretty common sense; pay rent & bills on time, clean up after yourself, contribute to house chores when needed, doesn't smoke, is friendly, considerate.
