4-bedroom shared share house, Merrymen Way

A lovely town house close to the Uni - about 5 minutes' drive and close to bus stop.

Mother and daughter live in the house.

We have one room available as part of a house share that's a slightly separate area but also with part share of the house.

We would like a student to share our house who is respectful and enjoys being part of a household but their privacy and space is also respected. We would like a student who is friendly and honest.

The room is fully furnished with a King Single bed, mirror, small bookcase, bedside cabinet and lamp, desk and chair, butlers table, wardrobe and aircon. In the entrance area there is a bench top, kettle, toaster, bar fridge and pantry cupboard.

You will have your own bathroom downstairs and the house is spacious with lovely outdoor areas to use.

Electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.

There is a parking space available for off road parking.
