My Husband & I are young retirees & have decided to share part of our family home,
We are in a quiet residential area who enjoy a relaxed lifestyle over all it's a very casual house
We have our own part of the house separated from house mates, but will still be accessing the whole house.

Only 5-10 minutes drive to town centre & beaches. ( depending on traffic )

Walking distance to the NEW CSU campus & Lake Innes Shopping Centre includes Medical Centre, Coles, ANZ Bank , Pharmacy, Butchery,Coffee Shops, Take Away, Bakery everything you need all in a gentle walk. No car required to get around there is a bus into Town & Settlement City Shopping Centres

You will need your own linen , Personal products , Washing powder Etc
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils also you need to buy your own food.

There is a bathroom & toilet to share between the house mates which only you will use
Internet, Water, Power are covered in cost of room

You are required to do your Own Cooking & CLEAN UP the kitchen after use.

You have full use of washing machine & line. OR washing arrangements can be made at additional cost

We do have 2 x dogs & a cat that are very friendly so no other pet's allowed.

The house is FULLY FURNISHED so please respect us & our furniture

You are responsible for your own Cooking, Cleaning,

It is NON SMOKING house as I have an ALLERGY to SMOKE.

NO DRUGS OR EXCESSIVE DRINKING & PARTIES.
