2 rooms available in fully furnished 4 bedroom house in Boorooma. $185 a week includes all bills and utilities, including cleaning and maintenance of main house and all gardening. You are only required to clean your own room, clean up after use of kitchen and use of shared bathroom which is only between yourself if no other housemate as I have my own ensuite. I work full time at the university and away every second weekend. Sharing with one well behaved dog, a cat and a few chooks (lots of fresh eggs. ) Rooms have built in wardrobe and a queen or double bed if required. Main house is fully furnished with new appliances and dishwasher.
