A separate granny flat is available for rent for single or double occupancy. Bedroom contains 1 x QS bed and 1 x King Single Bed and sitting area. ($200 per week for a single person and $250 for a double occupancy). Bedroom is lockable and totally separate from the main house (connected via a Queenslander room which is also lockable). Separate entrance to this part of the house (not via the main house).

Unlimited wifi internet available. All utilities included. Kitchenette is fully equipped. Access to main house kitchen available with arrangement. Laundry facilities available. Own bathroom which is opposite the bedroom (like an ensuite). All bed and bathroom linen provided.

House backs onto Koala Eucalypt Grove, with established walking paths into town through the reserve. Beautiful large indoor pool available for use (shared with the home owners). Bedroom has ceiling fans and a number of sliding gauzed doors for cool afternoon breezes. Area for eating and sitting available in the Queensland room which is attached to the granny flat. This space is available for private use by the occupants and locked off from the main house.

Close to Bus Stop. Approximately 4kms to CSU Campus and only 2kms to Coles and main CBD shopping / town beach.

Magical, quiet bush reserve aspect as shown in the photos. This place is the perfect retreat from the hectic pace of life. Owners are retired couple who are busy with golf and gardening.
