Master bedroom with en-suite for single or couple in a 3 bedroom villa. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished with a queen-size bed and TV. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes. The villa has a double garage with space available for your car or bike if required. House-cleaning and gardening is included in the rent. The rest of the villa is fully furnished.

Short or long-term students are welcome. International students are very welcome also.

The villa is in a very quiet complex of 10 villas that are all privately owned. It's definitely not a party zone (sorry!! ).

The property is close to the centre of Port Macquarie, walking distance to TAFE, and on bus routes to CSU, Port Macquarie Hospital, Wauchope and the Port Macquarie CBD. Local shops and medical centre are close by.

You will be sharing with the owner of the property who works in the travel industry taking him interstate and overseas, so you will have the villa all to yourself quite regularly. The third bedroom is not occupied. All utilities including high-speed NBN included.
