The room up for rent is at the back of the apartment and it is nice and quiet. If you need the room furnished that can be arranged and there is a built in wardrobe and a fan ,
There is off street parking and if you need storage there is space in the garage.
The rest of the apartment is furnished with a fairly modern kitchen dishwasher, oven, electric stove top and microwave) and decent bench space.
We split the electricity bills as they come in and water is included in the rent
There is also a cute little balcony and a urban style vege garden and a retractable cloths line of the balcony
