4-bedroom shared share house, Harrier Street

Two rooms for rent in a spacious house in Estella, only a few minutes drive to Charles Sturt University. Living with two easy-going and friendly students (veterinary science and oral health) and two cute dogs (additional pets will be considered). We are mainly at uni most of the time and are looking for some relaxed and friendly housemates. The house will most likely be empty during the holidays as well as we head home.

Rooms available:
Room one --> small, fully furnished with bookcase, single bed (can fit a double), desk,chair and built in wardrobe - $115 - available from 18th Feb 2020
Room two --> medium sized (can fit a double bed) and shared bathroom - $125 - available from 22nd jan 2020
- Bills to be paid on top of rent - this usually comes round to ~$20-25 / week for everything
- 12 month stay preferable as we are on a lease
- New tenants will have to contact and apply through our real estate agent ( contact details will be given)
The medium room comes unfurnished but we do have spare mattresses and desks stored which are available for use :)
House:
The house has a fireplace as well as air conditioning so is comfortable throughout the year. It also has a spacious backyard with a patio. There is room for four cars in the front yard as well as plenty of street parking. Plenty of garage and cupboard space. The house also has two large fridges and an extra empty freezer.
