Fully furnished house with vertical blinds and curtain tracks in all bedroom (supply own curtains). Fridge, washing machine and large TV provided in communal lounge room. All rooms (except one) with built-in robes. Room without built-in has a large dresser and built-in study area. One room has a student desk. All rooms with single bed (mattress provided, supply own sheets etc). Lawn areas will be maintained by the landlord (i. E. It will be mowed by the landlord). Parking is on premises but not undercover. Rent is $130 per week plus utilities (for each room) or $400 a week for the house. Landlord will pay water bill for any amounts under $200. Amounts above $200 will need to be paid by joint tenants.
