3-bedroom shared share house, Harry Crescent

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy person to share one of the rooms in a modern home in Hamilton Valley (5min drive to Lavington shopping centre and 10min drive to Albury CBD). Rent is $170/w (>3 months) or $210/w for short-term (4 weeks minimum), includes all bills and internet. 2 weeks rent in advance & 2 weeks bond needed.

The house is fully furnished with all the modern appliances. The room is unfurnished and has walk in robe at the moment but can be furnished with a double bed and a bed side table if preferred.

You’ll be sharing with myself and another man. We’re in our 30’s, professional and working most weekdays. We are happy to hang out, watch movies over a glass of wine or two but not a party house. We're friendly, tidy and respect privacy, looking for like-minded people to share the home with.

I have a ginger cat, he’s friendly and adorable, but may not be suitable for another pet sorry.
