We are offering the unit with only 2 weeks rent in advance, regular organised inspections to take place in lieu of bond . Short or long term stays are fine. Happy to freeze rent through term holidays etc. As this is a unit that is attached to the main house we ask that there are absolutely NO PARTIES.. Can be flexible with pets depending on situation. $250 per week, fully furnished, which includes REASONABLE use of utilities. We are very energy efficient so reasonable use would be not leaving the heating / cooling on when you are out / overnight. This can be discussed in further detail if required.

Happy to take on/off accommodation as required until January/February 2021 when we will look to advertise for a student for the 2021 year.
