We are seeking a mature, fun spirited, and responsible person to join our house - Sorry, no couples. You'd be sharing with two young female professionals. Would suit a post-doc, or mature minded student.

We absolutely love having occasional visitors, cooking, and drinking wine together, but this is not a party house. We cherish our quiet time after work during the week, and we'd love to find someone who wanted to share a similar house culture.

We all contribute to keeping the house tidy, and expect everyone makes equal contributions to maintaining a clean and tidy home. Including keeping shared communal areas clean and tidy, and clean up/put away after themselves after they use the kitchen.

We have two cats who are friendly and stay in the backyard. No other pets will be considered as visitors or residents.

EXPECTATIONS:
- pay rent on the agreed dates - on time
- Help keep the house and garden clean regularly
- Cleaning up of kitchen utilities after use daily

* Rent is $160 AUD per week - includes contribution to bills.
* 4 weeks wend as bond - paid before moving in.
