4-bedroom shared share house, Harrier St

Located in Estella, it’s only a few minutes walk or drive to Charles Sturt University, and a short drive to central Wagga. Off street parking is available.

You will be living with two easy-going and friendly veterinary science students (a 1st year and 5th year), another tenant and two clean, well behaved boxer dogs (predominantly inside dogs).

We spend a lot of time at uni, so we’re looking for a relaxed and friendly housemate who is keen to share a house that’s ideal for studying. Non smoker preferred. Unfortunately no additional cats/dogs are allowed.

The room has a built in wardrobe and share the main bathroom. Toilet is entirely separate to the bathroom.

- Preference will be given to tenants willing to be added to the 12 month lease beginning 17th of March 2021.

- New tenants will be required to contact and apply through our real estate agent ( contact details will be given), and a four week bond is required.

* The room is unfurnished, however the remainder of the house is fully furnished and equipped with appliances available for shared use.

House:
The house has a fireplace as well as evaporative air conditioning (cheap to run! ) so is comfortable throughout the year. It also has a spacious backyard with a patio. There is room for four cars in the front yard as well as plenty of on street parking.
