Stylish Modernised Air conditioning/heated Beach cottage home near Flynns beach. Cooling ocean breezes and views, a relaxing serene environment and a lovely garden, with such a home environment you are set to excel at University.

The room is cosy and calming bringing back fond memories of a childhood cubby house for most. It is setup exceptionally well so it is easy to keep all your many things organised and easy to access even for a student with many books and notes.
The single loft bed provides good comfort and underneath is a seat and study desk with cupboard, clothes rack, fan, hot/cold water sink and mirror.

There are 2 hot showers one outside which is great after swimming or surfing at the beach and one inside along with basin and modern toilet with warm water Bidet spray which is wonderful for womens hygiene etc.

The loft bed is a single and will suit someone below 6ft tall and under 85kg the room is fully furnished.

The Kitchen is well equipped and very comfortable to work in. As I try and keep it Semi Kosher we ask that Bacon, fatty and strong smelling foods are not cooked as we find it objectionable. We also ask that feet are clean and shoes are not worn inside our house.

I am a male in my 40's undertaking a Bachelor in Nursing and my housemate is a lady with a design and art background.
