3-bedroom shared share house, The Bulkhead

This 3 bedroom house is approximately 4 minute drive (2. 8km) from the CSU campus. The house/rooms come fully furnished (only thing you need to bring is blankets/pillows). The rooms are available for short term lease from the 1st March, 2022. Pets could be permitted depending on the other housemates being ok with it etc, there is a large backyard with veggie garden. Electricity and water are NOT included, roughly an extra $8-15 p/w depending on usage. Weekly rent includes unlimited fast internet and monthly garden/lawn maintenance.

* Listing says 6 month lease (no 8 month option), though looking at around a 8 month lease until November which is when the CSU exams finish for the year.
