While you stay you only pay board, it covers I (one) medium size furnished bedroom with fan, double wardrobe, your invited to share our nice clean, home, internet, bills include (though respecting over excessive water and power use). Sharing kitchen, BBQ, and outdoor areas to sit and or study.
Your board does not cover food or cooking.
We are close to hospital, Uni, shopping Centre, bus stop, Drs, Gym, nail bar and Bunnings.
10min drive to our beautiful Town beaches. Bars, cafes ect.
