5-bedroom shared board, Kansas Drive

The property is a large 5 bedroom house with 3 bathroom, a double garage, pool and BBQ area. The kitchen, dining room, first lounge room and spare bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom at the front, balcony, second secluded lounge room, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms down the back part of the house. There is a back door which you can use to enter if preferred and the lounge room would almost exclusively be yours. You'd be sharing the bathroom with one tidy female however if preferred you could use the spare bathroom downstairs.

There are two bedrooms available. One is larger than the other hence the price difference. Bedroom 1 = Blue bedspread/bedroom 3 on map, Bedroom 2 (now unfurnished) = Green bedspread/bedroom 4 on map. We have one spare carpark in the garage. No pets or couples. Short term stay only.

Sharing with a 25-year-old working female and her dad. We are both out a lot and aren't home bodies. Happy to have people short-term while they find long term accomodation.
