4-bedroom shared share house, Yorkshire rd

1yr old house, within walking distance of the university and local shops (Woolworths, cafes, chemist).

House is 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with 1 of the bathrooms being shared between other housemates. Large kitchen and storage space for utensils and food (should you bring your own pots pans etc).

Large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting to relax after a hard day. There is also a rotary clothesline with tonnes of space to hang wet clothes.

I have 2 dogs and a cat so have to be happy to be around them. They keep to themselves and the dogs are mostly kept outside when I am not home.

You would be sharing the property with myself (male in his mid twenties) and another housemate. I’m pretty chill, work full time and exercise frequently so I’m not home all day everyday.

Mutual cleaning of the house and leaving common areas they way they were found is expected.
