You will be moving into a new house that was finished being built in April 2023. House is already furnished.

The rooms for rent are situated toward the back of the house and has a shared bathroom (bath/shower/separate toilet). It is carpeted. The rest of the house is tiles.

3m x 3m, has a built-in wardrobe and a fan. The room is furnished with the basics but if you have your own stuff that is fine.

A big open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room area that will be shared between tenants. House has ducted heating, and a split system air conditioning in the main living space.

Undercover outdoor area with seating and the backyard is grassed.

Currently have 3 kelpies living here. Please note that these dogs do spend a lot of time inside the house and therefore if you are allergic to animals and do not like dogs we wouldn’t be the right fit for you.

We also will not be able to accept any additional pets at this time.

I work from home most days. Occasionally travel for work and am away house sitting a bit.

Originally studied Agriculture Business, I have an MBA and am a certified Project Manager. I am now back at uni studying again 😅 some people would say that I am a nerd for business 🤓

Definitely a bit dog crazy! I have three beautiful kelpies (Peppa, Letty and Josie) who are super sweet. They are my absolute pride and joy. Worth mentioning that they are inside dogs.

My hobbies include working out, hiking, camping, going to the farm, country music, graphic design, reading, binging a good series and travelling when I can.

I am friendly and very social. I love a good chat! Also enjoy a drink or a good movie session. However, I do respect your privacy.

I am tidy and looking to live with people who will keep the house tidy too.
