Room coming available in friendly, happy environment in fully furnished share house, all bedrooms have their OWN BATHROOMS, in Clifton area close, shops, transport, uni, TAFE and walk to Settlement city or town. Current housemates are 2 guys in 20s both working / studying in the energy / phys-ed field.

Available mid-April, we are looking for a student, who comes with references.

The available bedroom is good-sized, recently painted (in light colours), with brand new carpet and exclusive use of the huge main bathroom with its own spa bath, separate shower, toilet and beautiful wooden vanity top and its own private garden entrance.

Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, separate dining, laundry and sunroom. Plenty of outside areas - covered entertaining area with outdoor table setting also the front balcony, side veranda to enjoy and share as well.
